On December 28th , Damon Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Damon Technology, 688360.SH)， Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. (Anhui Heli, 600761.SH), and Heli Industrial Vehicles (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Heli, and Shanghai Heke Baiqiang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited partnership) jointly signed Heli Industrial Vehicles (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Capital Increase and Share Expansion Project Capital Increase Agreement. The transaction was publicly listed through Anhui Province Property Rights Transaction Center, and introduced strategic investors in the way of capital increase and share expansion, and carried out the mixed ownership reform of employee stock ownership plan simultaneously, which is the specific practice of implementing the national state-owned science and technology enterprises "Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Action" this special project of state-owned enterprise reform.
