Damon Industry Digital Workshop won the title of "Intelligent Factory"
Recently, Huzhou Bureau of Economy and Informatization has published the list of "Future Factories" and Intelligent Factories (Digital Workshops) in Huzhou in 2021. Damon Industry Digital Workshop of Intelligent Logistics Equipment Production has been glad to be selected.
This project covers an area of 16.6 mu, with 24,688 m2 of workshops and auxiliary rooms. Its total investment reaches 70 million yuan. The automatic equipment such as pipe cutting devices and assembly machines has been purchased. And 3D Design and simulation software, PDM / PLM, ERP, MES, supplier management platform and other information systems have been applied to realize the whole process digital management of products from design, processing, assembly, application and supply chain, and improve the production scale of intelligent logistics equipment. At present, the project has been fully completed. After being officially put into operation, it will become one of the largest smart components manufacturing bases all over the world, which can realize the production scale of 20 million rollers per year. Its production capacity will be increased by 50%, the product making time will be reduced by 30%, the production efficiency will be increased by 30%, and the operation cost will be reduced by 20%.

1) Informatization runs through order, design, production and services. The accuracy of all links has been greatly increased. The system obtains information independently, which reduces manual errors. At the same time, the before, during and after sales service efficiency has also been greatly improved.
2) Orders, manufacturing, quality control and other relevant information can be clearly recorded in the system, which is convenient for the subsequent rapid ordering of spare parts and tracing the roller’s quality.
3) Collect and analyze the process parameters in real time to provide customers with more stable and reliable products with high quality and create greater competitiveness for customers' logistics systems.
In recent years, in response to the national development demand for digital intelligent manufacturing, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Damon Group, Damon industry has made great progress by increasing infrastructure investment and accelerating enterprise informatization construction. This Digital Workshop Project is one of the important measures of digital transformation of Damon Group.
