Due to the needs of the company's management and business development, with the approval of relevant departments, our company (formerly "Zhejiang Damon Technology Co., Ltd.) has been officially renamed " Damon Technology Group Corp., Ltd. ". Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1.The new name of company: Damon Technology Group Corp., Ltd. was launched on November 16th , 2021.
2. After the name change of company, the business subject and legal relationship remain unchanged, the original contract signed continues to be valid, and the original business relationship and service commitment remain unchanged. However, in order to ensure the security of funds, please confirm relevant information with the relevant person in charge of the company when important affairs and funds are involved.
3.The original relevant rights and obligations are inherited by Damon Technology Group Corp., Ltd. according to law.
