For example, Damon's core product i-G5 modular intelligent conveying platform uses a low noise structure design, with energy-saving AC pow roller /AC micromotor and EZQube intelligent drive controller /DSmart intelligent starter, which reduces the noise of conveyor by 6 decibels compared with the previous generation, and reduces energy consumption by 25%, makes the product more green and environmentally friendly.
Among them, permanent magnet synchronous motor, as the core driving technology of i-G5 series belt conveyor power roller, effectively solves the pain point of energy consumption. Under the same power, the energy efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor can reach 95%, the energy efficiency level is IE4, while the no-load current is 10% of the rated current, under comprehensive conditions, permanent magnet synchronous technology can make each belt conveyor energy saving 20%~40%, with lower energy consumption to achieve higher efficiency.
Damon's power roller adopts a brushless DC drive mode, and when the power roller is fully started to reach full speed, the unique energy-saving ECO mode is used to maintain goods’ delivery, which can reduce energy consumption by about 20%, so that a single conveying equipment can reduce 962.5Kg of carbon dioxide emissions per year.
In addition, after merging and integration with Moandi, Damon further strengthens the research and development capabilities of intelligent drive and energy-saving motor products. Its EC motor uses new processes and new materials, by reducing the loss of electromagnetic energy, thermal energy and mechanical energy, improve energy conversion efficiency, it has reached motor energy efficiency above IE5, compared with the ordinary standard motor, its energy consumption is reduced by about 10% on average, efficiency can be increased by about 4%. The service life of high-efficiency energy-saving motor is as long as several decades, the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is very significant, improve the production efficiency while reducing environmental pollution, continue to reduce the operating cost, the return on investment is high, and the full cost can be recovered within two years.
