Speed X USA Project Goes Live! DAMON Demonstrates World-Class Delivery Capability Overseas
Recently, Damon Group has successfully brought the Speed X automatic sorting system online in the United States. As the company’s first parcel-express-industry system integration project in North America, this “lightning” rollout has not only fully demonstrated Damon’s outstanding project delivery strength in the USA, and has also delivered a shining business card to the Americas that reads: “Chinese Integration × Chinese Speed.”

Speed X is a well-known U.S. cross-border logistics service provider. To avoid daytime conflicts with local construction crews, we adopted a night-shift schedule—trading “Chinese speed” for “American time.” Leveraging local resources, we met stringent U.S. safety certifications, and tailored every detail to local customers’ requirements. Finally, we completed mechanical installation and commissioning in just two months and passed full-capacity testing one week ahead of schedule. Thanks to disciplined project management, deep technical expertise and a resilient global supply chain, DAMON’s high-efficient delivery earned unanimous recognition from Speed X.
To better empower and serve North American customers, DAMON has formed a deep partnership with a local U.S. company to establish an assembly plant. By fully leveraging China’s high-volume, standardized manufacturing capabilities, Damon accelerated on-site fabrication and commissioning of core products to shorten delivery cycles and create a solid production foundation for DAMON’s long-term growth across the continent.
