1）Damon Flash Sorter has made its European Debut
Damon has crossed the seas to unveil its groundbreaking innovation in secondary sorting technology—Flash Sorter, which is a new generation of high-efficient, full-automatic sorting system based on years of technical experience and insights into industry user needs. It meets the personalized sorting requirements of various business scenarios, including multiple scenes, multiple SKUs, and multiple flow directions. It can handle different destinations, different product categories, and tiered flow demands, which can easily address logistics challenges such as low order picking efficiency, high error rates, confusion of multiple orders, and difficulty in handling return orders.
Based on T and E series, Flash Sorter can achieve sorting efficiency of 1,500-6,000 pcs /h with 50-1,000 destinations. It can tackle the challenges of both forward and reverse logistics in brand fulfillment warehouses, as well as sort various ultra-light, irregular, and small items. The actual sorting accuracy rate is as high as 99.99%. Therefore, Flash Sorter can be widely applied in secondary sorting scenarios of e-commerce, fashion, retail, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics industry, especially suitable for community group purchase business in fresh food & cold chain, with an investment payback period of only 18 months

In addition, Damon’s self-developed core products—i-G5 modular intelligent Carton Conveyor Platform + High-speed Diverter—performed a live, side-by-side demo of next-level dynamic collaboration, drawing crowds’ eager to see the future of integrated conveying and sorting system.
The i-G5 modular intelligent conveyor platform is one of our most important product built for cartons, boxes and parcels. Driven by a newly-developed, low-noise drive and flexible transmission design, it runs at ≤ 65 dB and belts out 120 m/min—over 20 % faster than conventional carton conveyors. Standardized interfaces and ultra-light modules let i-G5 roller/belt conveyors plug together anywhere, snapping in like LEGO with the high-speed diverters to help the goods climb, turn, divert, merge, pick and sort. This can be composed as a “silent and high-speed” logistics system that can smoothly handle rigid boxes, soft packages, garments, books and small items. The whole system is plug-and-play and one-click expandable, which guarantees lasting and stable performance.
