Damon to Showcase Its AI-Powered Autonomous Logistics Solutions at MODEX 2026, Expanding Its Presence in the Americas!

Recently, MODEX 2026—a four-day global premier event for material handling and supply chain technology—successfully kicked off at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. As North America’s largest and most influential trade show for material handling and logistics automation, this year’s MODEX brought together over 1,200 leading global logistics and supply chain companies, serving as a vital platform for the industry to exchange cutting-edge technologies and industry insights.

As one of the few Chinese companies exhibiting with a focus on “embodied intelligence + smart logistics,” Damon Group traveled across the ocean to make a grand debut. The company highlighted three key themes: “unmanned secondary sorting of irregularly shaped items,” “high-density storage for all product categories,” and “flexible intelligent material handling.” It introduced a range of highly anticipated innovative products to the American market, including the newly upgraded embodied intelligent humanoid robot, the next-generation shuttle intelligent sorting robot, the Damon Flash Shuttle Series—including the Intelligent Four-Way Pallet Shuttle System and Intelligent Multi-Level Shuttle System—as well as Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). By introducing these highly anticipated innovative products to the American market, the company is presenting AI-driven, unmanned logistics solutions to customers across North America and the Americas, demonstrating the global competitiveness of China’s digital and intelligent logistics technology.

Leveraging its proprietary product technology system and extensive global implementation experience, Damon attracted a large number of international trade visitors, system integrators, and end-users to stop by and discuss business within just two days of the event, successfully helping Chinese smart manufacturing shine on the international stage.

A Stunning Debut at MODEX, with a Series of New Launches

North American Premiere: Automated Secondary Sorting Solution

Humanoid robots + Shuttle intelligent sorting robots

At this exhibition, Damon made its first major debut in the North American market with a groundbreaking innovation in secondary sorting— —the application of AI-driven embodied intelligent humanoid robots in logistics operations—which became the center of attention. The company provided local customers with fully automated logistics solutions highly adapted to complex scenarios such as narrow-aisle navigation, material handling, handling of irregularly shaped packages, and multi-category sorting, sparking a new wave of technological innovation in unmanned logistics across the Americas.

Embedded-intelligence humanoid robots work in efficient coordination with the newly upgraded next-generation Damon Flash Sorter intelligent sorting robots to enable fully automated parcel feeding and secondary sorting operations. Leveraging both edge and cloud computing capabilities, this solution continuously collects massive amounts of trajectory and operational data from robotic logistics operations, forming a complete closed-loop system of "perception, decision-making, execution, and learning." At the same time, by fully utilizing the technical characteristics of embodied intelligence, it trains robots to continuously strengthen their ability to generalize operational scenarios—achieving "see-and-learn" capabilities—through ongoing learning, enabling them to flexibly handle various complex and dynamic logistics tasks such as "rapid movement, efficient handling, and precise parcel feeding." Through continuous training and autonomous evolution, this solution is now widely applicable across multiple industries, including footwear and apparel, retail, cosmetics, cold chain logistics, 3C electronics, and general merchandise, providing efficient and reliable technical support for unmanned logistics sorting.

Star Combo: High-Density Pallet Storage and Handling Solutions

Flash sorter – Intelligent Four-Way Pallet Shuttle System + AMR

Addressing the common challenges faced by overseas logistics warehouses—such as insufficient space utilization, significant order fluctuations during peak seasons, and high operating costs— Damon's newly developed Flash sorter series—a combination of the intelligent four-way shuttle system and autonomous mobile robots—accurately replicates real-world warehouse logistics operations. It provided on-site visitors with a comprehensive demonstration of dynamic collaboration between warehouse automation and intelligent material handling. Featuring core capabilities such as high-density storage, goods-to-person picking, and multi-robot swarm coordination, the solution attracted numerous attendees eager to explore its capabilities.

This solution is specifically designed for high-density storage and high-throughput scenarios. The Damon Shuttle Series—intelligent pallet four-way shuttle robots—integrate four-way movement, on-the-spot track switching, intelligent monitoring, intelligent scheduling, and dynamic control. By combining material inbound/outbound operations with pallet storage, the system fully utilizes vertical warehouse space, tripling storage capacity and providing customers with an optimal space optimization solution. Through the AI scheduling algorithms and simulation systems of the four-way shuttle robots, the sequence and paths of goods entering and exiting the warehouse can be optimized in real time, ensuring maximum throughput efficiency for the entire warehouse.

Damon's autonomous mobile robots form an automated storage and retrieval system that integrates high-precision global positioning, panoramic 3D spatial perception, AI-driven path optimization and prediction, large-scale swarm scheduling, and dynamic task allocation. Based on an integrated "cloud-edge-end" digital collaboration platform, the system generates real-time robot swarm scheduling solutions under dynamic multi-objective constraints in complex environments, ensuring zero-delay task distribution and zero-conflict path generation. This enables rapid response from multiple robots. By working in close coordination with the intelligent four-way shuttle pallet system, the system significantly enhances storage capacity and material handling efficiency, establishing a new industry standard for highly flexible smart warehousing.

New and Improved: Flash sorter—Intelligent Multi-Layer Shuttle System

This system is specifically designed for the high-density storage and rapid handling of small and medium-sized boxed goods. It enables efficient material storage and retrieval within limited warehouse space, maximizes warehouse space utilization, effectively addresses the challenges of high-density storage, and quickly responds to inbound and outbound logistics needs.

The system features a modular design and supports flexible scalability, enabling autonomous allocation of storage locations. Leveraging AI algorithms, it optimizes the sequencing of goods entering and leaving the warehouse as well as conveying paths in real time, It can boost overall warehouse throughput efficiency by 5 to 7 times, effectively ensuring timely order fulfillment while easily adapting to dynamic changes in business models. Widely applicable to high-throughput operations in the goods distribution industry, it can rapidly handle the storage and picking of boxed goods and optimize batch shipping efficiency. Additionally, the system can meet the needs of large smart manufacturing enterprises for continuous raw material supply and rapid turnover of finished goods.

Chinese Digital and Intelligent Technology: Expanding into North America

Drawing on practical experience gained from over 3,000 projects worldwide, Damon provided one-on-one warehouse planning consultations to visiting clients at the exhibition. By identifying the specific logistics challenges in clients’ real-world scenarios, the company introduced digital and intelligent solutions—thoroughly validated in both the Chinese and global markets—to North America. This initiative shared proven, replicable best practices with international clients, empowering global warehousing and logistics operations to achieve flexible and efficient unmanned upgrades. Numerous integrators and end-users from North America, South America, and Europe expressed strong interest in collaborating on embodied intelligent humanoid robots and unmanned warehouse logistics solutions.
