This solution is specifically designed for high-density storage and high-throughput scenarios. The Damon Shuttle Series—intelligent pallet four-way shuttle robots—integrate four-way movement, on-the-spot track switching, intelligent monitoring, intelligent scheduling, and dynamic control. By combining material inbound/outbound operations with pallet storage, the system fully utilizes vertical warehouse space, tripling storage capacity and providing customers with an optimal space optimization solution. Through the AI scheduling algorithms and simulation systems of the four-way shuttle robots, the sequence and paths of goods entering and exiting the warehouse can be optimized in real time, ensuring maximum throughput efficiency for the entire warehouse.

The system features a modular design and supports flexible scalability, enabling autonomous allocation of storage locations. Leveraging AI algorithms, it optimizes the sequencing of goods entering and leaving the warehouse as well as conveying paths in real time, It can boost overall warehouse throughput efficiency by 5 to 7 times, effectively ensuring timely order fulfillment while easily adapting to dynamic changes in business models.
